Job Responsibilities

• 1. Prepare internal audit plans: assist management in organizing internal audit activities and supervise the implementation of all controlled system documents;
• 2. Assist management in organizing and planning management review activities to ensure effective operation of the management system, and track and improve non-conformities;
• 3. Lead the company's internal audits, management reviews, and external audits: follow up on corrective actions for non-conformities to ensure successful completion of all system audits;
• 4. Manage company measuring tools: oversee procurement, issuance, calibration, routine maintenance, and MSA (Measurement System Analysis);
• 5. Manage internal and external calibration of all measuring instruments and gauges; develop external calibration plans and complete calibration of all gauges accordingly;
• 6. Conduct regular internal calibration checks on all gauges to detect abnormalities in a timely manner; confirm and retrieve non-conforming gauges, replace them promptly to ensure normal operation on production lines;
• 7. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification Requirements

• 1. College degree or above;
• 2. Standard Mandarin pronunciation, clear articulation, with excellent communication and presentation skills;
• 3. Basic proficiency in office software;
• 4. Able to work overtime as needed;
• 5. Prior work experience is preferred.
